Enjoy these amazing photographs of some of the underwater wildlife in the waters surrounding Carna. We are lucky that Loch Sunart is part of the Marine Protected Area. The three Scottish Marine Priority Features (S-PMFs) are Flame shells, Organ pipe worm and Northern featherstar.
The Marine Protected area complements the existing Special Area of Conservation (SAC) which is designated for it’s rocky reefs, otters and oak woodlands.
